DECTI is responsible for managing the development and processing of collections with a view to the retrieval and dissemination of information to the university community. It is divided into:
Donations from International Public Institutions
Institutions interested in donating bibliographic materials should send an email to 
, indicating that they are a foreign institution and providing the following information for each item: Author(s)/Editor(s), Title and Subtitle, Year, Quantity, and Condition (new, used, etc.).
